Enjoy the North Zealand nature on two wheels and have a comfortable stay at our cosy seaside hotel. Every morning you can wake up to the beautiful view of Skovshoved Harbour and the sea, Øresund (The Sound).
Skovshoved Hotel has the perfect location in the idyllic old fishing village Skovshoved. In the local area you find Bellevue Beach and in Jægersborg Dyrehave (the Deer Park) you ride amongst free-walking deers as you pass the Eremitage castle and Scandinavia’s oldest amusement park, Bakken. For longer trips, the beautiful national cycle route no. 9 stretches along the coast all the way from Copenhagen to Elsinore, passing beaches, forests and plenty of museums on the way.
The area has cycling routes for all types for bike rides, from the cosy family trip to MTB trails and road cycling.
Bicycle Stay
The stay includes two nights for two persons in a Standard Double Room.
Day 1:
- Check-in from 2 pm on the day of arrival
- A small snack bag – ready to take with you on the bike ride
- A glass of cava as a welcome drink before dinner on the day of arrival
- The chef’s 3-course dinner (ex. drinks) on the day of arrival
Day 2:
- Delicious breakfast with healthy and organic products
- Time to experience Zealand’s scenic areas
Day 3:
- Breakfast with healthy and organic products
- Check-out no later than 11 am
DKK 4,210,- for two persons (shared double room, 2 nights)
Single room DKK 3,168,- (2 nights)
Possibility to upgrade to other room categories for an additional charge.
Tips for cycling routes
Skovshoved Hotel is located only 7 km from the city centre of Copenhagen in idyllic Skovshoved close to Skovshoved harbour and the sea.
The area is ideal for road cycling, gravel biking, mountainbike or the cosy family bike trip.

Rent bikes and e-bikes at the hotel.
We collaborate with MBT-Tours (Café Parforce) who offers bike rentals as well as adjustments and repairs.
Bike rental:
