Not a traditional meeting room – so much more than just a room

Our unique and untraditional meeting rooms are so much more than just a room. Decorated in a charming and cozy way and set up with modern AV equipment. Each room offers access to a yard, terrace or a balcony overlooking the sea; ‘Oresund’. We have the surroundings for a successful meeting and we know what it takes for our meeting guests to have an optimal and productive day.

The area surrounding the hotel offers a wide variety of possibilities ranging from a walk-and-talk along the waterfront, a boat trip, horse carriage or mountain biking in one of the nearby forests.

We collaborate with a selected group of partners who can help with planning and execution of a variety of events from teambuilding to lectures.

Throughout the day we provide healthy and delicious food and snacks, leaving all the participants full of energy. The scrumptious break snacks are served in the meeting room and the delicious lunch is served in our beautiful restaurant.

Skovshoved Hotel is a mere 7 kilometers north of Copenhagen with easy access to the airport and public transportation. If you visit us by car, we offer free parking and two loading posts for electrical cars. Bus 23 leaves right in front of the hotel to Copenhagen city centre.

Looking for activities for your meeting?

The hotels unique location and surroundings calls for many outdoor as well as indoor activities. We have several skilled collaborators from local businesses who know just what it takes to make your event pop.
